Ashitaba" literally means "Tomorrow Leaf" in Japanese, which comes from the belief that "even if you harvest it today, you will see new leaves tomorrow". Ashitaba mainly helps to contribute to longevity and good health. In Japan, this plant use for cancer treatment and prevention. Ashitaba also is a medicinal plant for diseases prevention and boost immune system.

The color of ashitaba powder is milky green and taste like green tea powder. You can mix ½ spoon (3g) with milk, soymilk, juices and even DIY your own recipe such as ashitaba ice cream, smoothie, yogurt, ashitaba cake, pudding, etc.
